At Route One, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't hitting the mark, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring hardware and equipment are securely padded for transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
